This policy explains how Cage MDB uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage on cagemdb.com and nicolascage.io. It complements our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features that keep data on your device. Some are essential for a site to work; others, such as analytics cookies, are optional.

What we use

Cage MDB only uses the cookies and storage listed below. We don't use advertising or social media tracking cookies.

Names starting with "sb-" contain our Supabase project ID and may be split into numbered parts (such as .0 and .1) when they are large.

Cookies and storage are kept separately for each address: signing in or making a cookie choice on cagemdb.com doesn't carry over to nicolascage.io, and vice versa.

Your choices

Essential cookies and storage are needed to sign in, keep the site secure and remember your preferences, so they can't be switched off on the site. You can block them in your browser, but signing in won't work.
Analytics cookies are only set if you choose "Accept analytics". You can change your choice at any time in , which is also linked in the footer of every page. When you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and delete its cookie.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics and don't ask you.
You can also view and delete cookies in your browser settings.

Sign-in pages

When you sign in, you visit Google's or Kakao's own sign-in pages, which set cookies on their domains under their own policies. Cage MDB can't read or control those cookies.

Cookieless measurement

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and performance without setting cookies or using browser storage.
